Project Summary
This project included inspection, testing, and maintenance of a Siemens MXL system and dry pipe and preaction systems at the Theodore Roosevelt Building. Technicians also performed tenant renovations which required adding/relocating fire alarm notification devices. Throughout the project, the team worked closely with the Authority Having Jurisdiction and provided them with various submittal packages. This ensured they completed the work according to the AHJ’s requirements. Kinetix completed all service during regular business hours and construction occurred during off-hours.
