Construction Project Manager
Overview:
Kinetix is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee Fire and Life Safety system projects ranging from $50,000 to $4,000,000 in value. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of construction and tenant renovation projects involving fire alarm, fire sprinkler, and other life safety systems. The Construction Project Manager will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable codes, including NFPA and UFC (Unified Facilities Criteria) standards.
